He is a brilliant neurosurgeon, the "boy genius" whose research into the workings of the human brain has gained him world-wide renown. He himself had been the subject at birth of an incredible medical experiment, one which had succeeded beyond the wildest dreams of the medical profession.

But now he has overstepped the boundaries of that profession, carrying on his own experiments in a manner so bizarre as to be inconceivable to the mind of the average man. His patients are no longer patients, but helpless victims, their brains controlled by his psychic and technological powers. He will sacrifice anyone or anything to his manic obsession.
